Diplomová práce se zabývá rozdílným pojetím leasingu z pohledu pronajímatele dle českých a amerických účetních pravidel. Hlavním cílem této práce je nejen přiblížit účetní pravidla obou systémů, ale především porovnat tyto dvě odlišné koncepce mezi sebou. The diploma thesis focuses on the different concept of leasing from the perspective of the lessor according to Czech and American accounting standards. The main goal of the thesis is not only to describe the accounting rules of both systems, but above all to compare these two different concepts.
