Bakalářská práce uvádí právní a ekonomický postup při kavárny třetí vlny na českém trhu, včetně všech požadavků vyplývajících z českých právních předpisů, které musí podnikatel splnit před otevřením kavárny a všech nezbytných nákladů s tím spojených. Práce také představuje konkrétní podnikatelský záměr a finanční plán.
