Diplomová práce se zabývá přínosem Benjamina Cardoza pro právní teorii. V úvodní části pojednává o Cardozově životě. Následně se zaměřuje na jeho koncepci soudního rozhodování, roli soudce, spravedlnosti, práva a jeho interdisciplinárního pojetí skrze literaturu. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Cardozo’s benefits for legal theory. The opening part deals with Cardozo’s life. Further on, the thesis focuses on his conception of judge’s ruling, the role of judge, justice, law and its interdisciplinary conception through a literature.
