Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na elektronickou formu právního jednání v kontextu úpravy českého a unijního práva. Thesis is focused on electronic legal proceedings in the context of the regulation of Czech and EU law. The emphasis is on whether electronic form is able to fulfil the requirements as legal form.
