Secondary school which promote health

Abstract:

Zdraví obsahuje fyzickou, psychickou i sociální pohodu a patří k nejcennějším hodnotám každého z nás. Práce objasňuje základní pojmy týkající se problematiky zdraví, zdravotní gramotnosti a vliv středních škol na zdraví svých studentů. Adolescence je období plné změn. Člověk se osamostatňuje a stává se odpovědným za své rozhodnutí a činy. Podpora ze strany školy se stává klíčovým faktorem při formování osobnosti. Cílem práce je teoreticky obsáhnout a následně zmapovat všechny složky prostředí středních škol – materiální podmínky, socializace, spolupráce, organizační předpoklady, komunikace, možnost výběru, učivo, výchova ke zdraví a další proměnné, které podporují ochranné faktory zdraví a eliminují faktory rizikové. Cílem je zjistit jejich soulad, v čem spatřujeme klady, v čem zápory a celkové hodnocení středních škol z hlediska podpory zdraví svých žáků a navrhnout doporučení pro praxi, které mohou sloužit jako inspirace, co na školách zlepšit.

Abstract:

Health contains the physical, mental and social well-being and i tis the most precious values of each of us. The work explains the basic terms related to health, health literacy and influence secondary schools on the health of their students. Adolescence is a period full of changes. Man becomes independent and responsible for his decisions and actions. Support from the school becomes a key factor in shaping the character. The aim is theoretically cover and then map all the components of the environment secondary schools - material conditions, socialization, cooperation, organizational prerequisites, communication, choice, curriculum, health education and other variables that promote protective factors and eliminate risk factor . The aim is to determine their consistency, what we conside the pluses and minuses and evaluation of secondary schools in promotion the health of their pupils and to propose practical recommendations that can serve as an inspiration of improvement.
