Customer Service of a North American company with commentary and glossary
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with unique customer service of a North American Airline - WestJet. The goal of the thesis was to analyze the customer service and bussiness relationship of a highly recognized Canadian airline. The reader will understand the unique and different approach to customer service that WestJet has applied to its daily operations.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá unikátním zákaznickým servisem společnosti ze Severní Ameriky - WestJet. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat obchodní vztah k zákazníkovi, stejně jako péči o něj. Čtenář bude moci porozumět unikátnímu přístupu k péči o zákazníky, který WestJet uplatňuje při každodenním provozu.
