Landscape design and developmental limitations of a territory of special significance within city greenery system

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tzv. „limitů využití území“ a jejich omezujícími faktory, které ovlivňují rozvoj, uspořádání a využití území. Důležitost takových nařízení spočívá v zachování kvality lokálního životního prostředí obyvatel a celkového životního prostředí České Republiky. V úvodu je práce zaměřena na význam existence samotných limitů využití území a jejich potřeby v současném územním plánování. Následně jsou v teoretické části shromážděny informace k podrobnému rozboru tématu a interpretovány základní východiska. Analytická část se týká konkrétně modelového území, kterým je nábřeží Chrudimky v Pardubicích. Rozbor jeho vlastností (historie, kompoziční prvky, provoz, přírodní podmínky, vegetace, apod.) je potřebným a určujícím podkladem pro poslední návrhovou část práce, zaměřenou na vytvoření reálného architektonického návrhu, který řeší koncepci uspořádání prostoru, provozní řešení, rekreační program, vybavenost, cílovou kompozici a začlenění do systému zeleně města. Návrh vytváří optimální řešení lokality a poté upozorňuje na jeho střety s lokálními limity využití území. Střety jsou přesně definovány a je představeno možné řešení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on land use limitations and their limiting factors affecting land development, organization and use. The importance of such directives lies in the preservation of quality of the local environment for local inhabitants and of the Czech environment in general. The introduction of the thesis focuses on the significance of the existence of the land use limitations themselves and the need for them in the current landscape planning. Subsequently, information for a detailed analysis of the topic is collected in the theoretical part and the basic starting points are interpreted. The analytical part focuses specifically on the model territory – the Chrudimka embankment in Pardubice. The analysis of its properties (history, components, operation, natural conditions, vegetation, etc.) is a necessary and the delimitating basis for the final part of the thesis, the proposal, which focuses on a compilation of an actual architectural design incorporating the spatial arrangement design, operational solution, recreational programme, facilities, target composition and integration into the city greenery system. The design creates ideal location design and then warns of its conflicts with the local land use limitations. The conflicts are accurately defined and a potential solution is proposed.
