Vznik pracovního poměru a jeho ekonomické souvislosti v rámci podniku

Establishment of the employment relationship and its economic context within the company
Abstract:
Tato práce analyzuje vznik pracovního poměru a související procesy u vybraného podniku, a to z právního i ekonomického hlediska. Je zaměřena na vznik pracovního poměru ve společnosti innogy Zákaznické služby s.r.o. a na základě zjištěných poznatků ukládá návrhy a doporučení na úpravu nedostatků.
Abstract:
This work analyses the establishment of the employment relationship and related processes in a selected company from both legal and economic perspectives. It focuses on the creation of the employment relationship in innogy Zákaznické služby s.r.o. and based on the findings, it imposes proposals and recommendations for the correction of deficiencies.
