Analysis of the position of graduates in the labour market

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice znevýhodněného postavení absolventů na trhu práce. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na prostředí trhu práce včetně nezaměstnanosti a aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Jsou diskutovány hlavní charakteristiky a faktory znevýhodnění rizikové skupiny mladých lidí a absolventů. Tyto poznatky jsou reflektovány do interpretace dat v empirické části práce, která obsahuje analýzu početního vývoje absolventů vstupujících na trh práce, sleduje vývoj jejich situace z hlediska nezaměstnanosti a okrajově i z hlediska zaměstnávání na dobu určitou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of disadvantaged position of graduates in the labour market. The theoretical part focuses on the labour market environment, including unemployment and active labour market policy. The main characteristics and disadvantage factors of the risk group of young people and graduates are discussed. These findings are reflected into the interpretation of data in the empirical part of the thesis. That part contains an analysis of the numerical development of graduates entering the labour market, monitors the development of their situation in terms of unemployment and slightly in terms of fixed-term employment.
