Mobbing of police of the Czech republic - police riot police services Praha

Abstract:

Tato práce se snaží zmapovat závažný sociálně patologický jev a to šikanu na pracovišti nebo-li mobbing. V teoretické části je vymezen termín mobbing a další související termíny, znaky , cíle mobbingu, pachatelé a oběti. Dále jsou popsány příčiny mobbingu, jeho základní fáze, metody, důsledky, vhodná prevence a také jak se účelně bránit. V praktické části je následně proveden průzkum s prezentací a vyhodnocením výsledků. Cílem práce je tedy zmapovat mobbing a dále dotazníkovým šetřením ověřit, zda se na základních odděleních Policie české republiky ? pořádkové policie Prahy 1 vyskytují znaky mobbingu jak se projevují, zda si policisté uvědomují negativní dopady tohoto patologického jevu a kdo je nejčastěji původcem mobbingu. Závěr práce je věnován doporučeným možnostem řešení.

Abstract:

This paper seeks to map a serious social pathology and bullying in the workplace or when mobbing. The theoretical part is the definition of the term mobbing and other related terms, signs, targets of mobbing victims and perpetrators. The following describes the causes of mobbing and its basic stages, methods, consequences, appropriate prevention and how to effectively defend themselves. The practical part is then made into a presentation and evaluation of results. The goal is to chart Harassment and the questionnaire survey, to ascertain whether the members of the Police of the Czech Republic - Prague 1 riot police found signs of mobbing as can be seen, whether the police aware of the negative effects of this pathological phenomenon, and who is the originator of most of mobbing. The final part recommended options.
