Filling of service posts in central state administration bodies
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována procesu obsazování služebních míst v ústředních orgánech státní správy v režimu zákona č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě. Její součástí je analýza průběhu získávání zaměstnanců, adaptace nově přijatých zaměstnanců, možností profesního rozvoje, práv a povinností státních zaměstnanců, jejich hodnocení, postavení mimo výkon služby a skončení služebního poměru.
