Control of PMSM drives of electrical kart

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vektorového řízení a elektronického diferenciálu pro pohon elektrické motokáry. Vektorové řízení je jedním z nejvhodnějších řízení pro PMSM motory. Pohonu zajišťuje velmi vysokou dynamiku. Zakomponováním elektronického diferenciálu se zvýší stabilita průjezdu motokáry v zatáčkách a sníží se opotřebování pneumatik. Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje rozboru synchronních motorů s permanentními magnety a možnostmi jeho řízení. V praktické části práce je nejdříve soupis hlavních komponent elektrické motokáry a navržené vektorové řízení pro PMSM motory. Dále je zde navržené zakomponování elektronického diferenciálu do regulačního schématu. V prostředí MATLAB/Simulink jsou vytvořeny modely řízení a zároveň je ověřena funkčnost, jak řízení pohonu, tak elektronického diferenciálu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on a design of vector control and electronic differential for electric go-kart drive. Vector control is one of the most suitable controls for PMSM motors. The drive provides very high dynamics. Incorporating an electronic differential will increase the stability of go-karts in corners and reduce tire wear. The theoretical part of this work is dealing with the analysis of synchronous motors with permanent magnets and the possibilities of their control. The practical part of the work contain a list of the main components of the electric go-kart and the proposed vector control for PMSM motors. Furthermore, the incorporation of an electronic differential into the control scheme is proposed here. Control models are created in the MATLAB / Simulink environment and at the same time the functionality of both the drive control and the electronic differential is verified here.
