Logistic supply chain in a concrete company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnému zlepšení řízení zásob v podniku. V úvodní části popisuje zásobovací logistiku v podniku, dále se věnuje různým druhům řízení zásob. Další část představuje podnik a popisuje v něm zásobovací logistiku a jeho současné problémy. Poslední část analyzuje vybrané položky zásob podniku a nabízí možná zlepšení a řešení problémů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the potential improvement of managing the inventory in the enterprise. The first part describes the supply logistics in the company; this section discusses the various types of inventory management.
