Abstract:
Jedním z nejkritičtějších faktorů úspěšného oplodnění je integrita DNA spermií. V případě jejího poškození dochází k fragmentacím DNA, které podstatně přispívají k narušení oplodnění i samotnému vývoji embrya. Abstract:
One of the most critical factors in successful fertilization is the integrity of sperm DNA. In the event of its damage, DNA fragmentation occurs, which significantly contributes to the disruption of fertilization and the development of the embryo itself.
