Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout dosavadní poznatky o příčinách buněčné senescence, drahách její aktivace a vlastnostech senescentních buněk. Dalším cílem práce je popsat úlohu buněčné senescence ve stárnutí organizmu a ve vývoji nádorů. The aim of this thesis is to summarize current knowledge about causes of cellular senescence, pathways of its activation and characteristics of senescent cells.
