The specifics of the solution of problem behaviour in adults with intellectual disability

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémovým chováním u dospělých jedinců s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část představuje mentální postižení a problémové chování u dospělých osob s mentálním postižením a především specifika řešení takto definovaného chování. Poslední kapitola pojednává o výzkumném šetření kvalitativně - kvantitativního charakteru. Pro sběr dat byly využity celkem čtyři metody, konkrétně metoda rozhovoru, dotazníku, kazuistiky a obsahové analýzy dokumentace. Pro zpracování výsledků výzkumného šetření byla zvolena metoda zakotvené teorie. Výsledky výzkumného šetření kvalitativního charakteru byly rozděleny celkem do tří segmentů dle potřeb diplomové práce a následně rozčleněny na podsegmenty pro lepší orientaci v interpretovaném textu, které jsou doplněny o grafické zpracování. Doplněním jsou také data kvantitativního charakteru v podobě grafů. Výsledná teorie praktické části diplomové práce tedy pojednává o specifikách řešení problémového chování dospělých jedinců s mentálním postižením, jež jsou ovlivněné postoji pracovníků k problémovému chování u dospělých jedinců s mentálním postižením, podmínkami k řešení problémového chování dospělých jedinců s mentálním postižením a řešením problémového chování dospělých jedinců s mentálním postižením ze strany pracovníků, které vzájemně ovlivňují jedna druhou a vytváří tak specifickou situaci.

Abstract:

Presented thesis handles problem behaviour in adults with intellectual disabilities. The theoretical part introduces a mental disability and problem behaviour in adults with intellectual disabilities and especially the specifics of solutions that behaviour. The last chapter discusses the qualitative - quantitative research study. For the findings were used four methods, namely interview, questionnaire, case studie and content analysis of documentation. Grounded theory method was selected for processing the results of the research. The results of the qualitative research were divided into three segments according to the needs of the thesis, and subsequently divided into sub - segments for better orientation in an interpreted text. The quantitative results in the form of graphs are additions. The resulting theory discusses the specifics of the solution of problem behaviour of adults with mental disabilities, which are influenced by the worker’s attitudes to problem behaviour in adults with intellectual disabilities, the conditions for the solution of problem behaviour in adults with mental disabilities and the solution of problem behaviour in adults with intellectual disabilities from the viewpoint of workers. That free segments interact with each other, creating a specific situation.
