Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza trendů elektronické obsluhy bankovnictví. Nejprve je v teoretické části vymezeno přímé bankovnictví, především pojmy Internet banking a Smart banking, kterým se práce věnuje i v dalších kapitolách. The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of trends in electronic banking services. First, the theoretical part defines direct banking, especially the concepts of Internet banking and Smart banking, which the thesis deals with in other chapters.
