Cieľom práce bolo v teoretickej časti popísať metodiku vyšetrovania vybraných trestných činov na osobách mladších 15 rokov pomocou odbornej literatúry. Ďalej uviezť špecifické situácie pri výsluchu alebo osobe páchateľa.
