Hospitality market segment profile - families

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem a analýzou tržního segmentu rodin s dětmi. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření profilu daného segmentu pro ubytovací a stravovací zařízení. Dalším cílem je návrh vhodného doporučení ke zlepšení dané situace a zatraktivnění poskytovaných služeb. V teoretické části jsou jako hlavní zdroje využívané odborné publikace a knihy, a dále důvěryhodné webové zdroje zabývající se službami, segmentací a marketingem. Analytická část uvádí informace a stručnou charakteristiku navštívených provozoven. Je zde uveden jejich seznam včetně porovnání poskytovaných služeb v zájmu segmentu. Průzkum byl prováděn formou osobních návštěv provozoven, části rodin a formou anonymních dotazníků. Poslední kapitola analytické části se zabývá shrnutím výsledků a zanalyzováním profilu. Získané informace jsou použity v návrhové části společně s návrhy a doporučeními. V závěru práce je stručná rekapitulace výsledků práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the exploration and analysis of the market segment of families with children. The main aim of this work is to create a profile of the segment for the accommodation and catering facilities. Another goal is to design an appropriate recommendations to improve the situation and to make the services provided. In the theoretical part as the main sources used by professional publications and books, and credible Web sources dealing with services, segmentation, and marketing. The analytical part provides information and a brief characterization of the visited establishments. Here is a list of them, including a comparison of the services provided in the interest of the segment. The survey was conducted in the form of personal visits to establishments, part of families and in the form of anonymous questionnaires. The last chapter deals with the analytical part summary of the results and the zanalyzováním profile. Information obtained shall be used in the design section, together with suggestions and recommendations. In the end, the work is a brief recap of the results of the work.
