Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dřevostavby rodinného domu. Cílem práce je demonstrovat, jak pomocí moderních technologií, materiálů a stavebních metod vytvořit efektivní, ekonomicky přijatelné a vizuálně přitažlivé řešení pro rodinné bydlení. Práce kombinuje teoretický přehled historie a současných trendů v oblasti dřevostaveb s aplikací těchto poznatků do konkrétního návrhu rodinného domu na bázi dřeva a dřevěných materiálů. Samotný projekt reflektuje specifika vybraného pozemku a odpovídá na základní výzvy spojené s navrhováním dřevostaveb rodinných domů. V teoretické části jsou diskutovány klíčové výhody a nevýhody dřevostaveb v porovnání s tradičními zděnými domy. V práci jsou řešeny aspekty jako udržitelnost, energetická efektivita, materiálové využití a designové řešení stavby. Důraz je kladen také na inovace v oblasti materiálů a konstrukčních systémů, které umožňují dřevu překonávat svá přirozená omezení a rozšiřovat jeho použití v moderním stavebnictví. V praktické části je představen vlastní návrh dřevostavby rodinného domu, který zahrnuje podrobné dispoziční řešení, volbu konstrukčního systému, materiálů a technologií. Přílohou práce je rozsáhlá projektová dokumentace odrážející klíčová zjištění z teoretické části bakalářské práce. Práce reflektuje aktuální požadavky na komfortní a udržitelné bydlení, přičemž zároveň ukazuje rozsáhlé možnosti nahrazení tradičních stavebních materiálů dřevem a dalšími materiály na bázi dřeva. Závěr práce zdůrazňuje potenciál dřevostaveb ve stavebnictví a předkládá doporučení pro další výzkum a praktické aplikace, což otevírá cestu širšímu přijetí dřeva jako klíčového materiálu pro udržitelné stavitelství budoucnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a wooden family house. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate how to create an efficient, economically acceptable, and visually attractive solution for family housing using modern technologies, materials, and construction methods. The work combines a theoretical overview of the history and current trends in the field of wooden buildings with the application of these findings to a specific design of a family house based on wood and wooden materials. The project itself reflects the specifics of the chosen site and responds to the basic challenges associated with designing wooden family houses. In the theoretical part, the key advantages and disadvantages of wooden buildings compared to traditional brick houses are discussed. The work addresses aspects such as sustainability, energy efficiency, material utilization, and the design solution of the building. Emphasis is also placed on innovations in the field of materials and construction systems, which allow wood to overcome its natural limitations and expand its use in modern construction. In the practical part, the design of a wooden house is presented, which includes detailed spatial arrangement, choice of construction system, materials, and technologies. An extensive project documentation reflecting the key findings from the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is attached to the work. The work reflects current requirements for comfortable and sustainable living, while also showing the extensive possibilities of replacing traditional building materials with wood and other wood-based materials. The conclusion of the thesis emphasizes the potential of wooden buildings in construction and presents recommendations for further research and practical applications, opening the way for wider acceptance of wood as a key material for sustainable construction in the future.
