Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí a to do části teoretické a do části praktické. První část je věnována charakteristice společnosti Modrá pyramida, jejímu specifickému postupu při schvalování úvěru a vývoji úvěrových produktů v čase. Druhá část je věnována zpracování zadaného úvěrového případu a jeho porovnání s nabídkami od konkurenčních stavebních spořitelen.
Abstract:
The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of Modrá Pyramida company, its specific procedure in loan approval and the progress of loan products in time. The second part is devoted to the development of an assigned loan case and its comparison with offers of rival companies.
