Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti po stránce teoretické i praktické. Cílem práce je vysvětlit proces a metody legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti, vymezit národní i mezinárodní legislativní úpravu, včetně popisu činností důležitých institucí zabývajících se bojem proti této nelegální činnosti.
