Analysis of the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical goods by CEDES Logistik s. r. o.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a následným návrhem na zlepšení skladování a distribuce společnosti CEDES Logistik s. r. o. V úvodu teoretické části je popsána logistika a její cíle. Dále jsou popsány veškeré procesy, které obsahuje logistický řetězec – typy jednotlivých logistický řetězců, nákup, zásoby, skladování, přeprava a distribuce, zákaznické služby a outsourcing. Na začátku praktické části je představena společnost CEDES Logistik s. r. o. a její hlavní podnikatelská činnost a čelní služby, které nabízí. Poté je představen výčet legislativních povinností, jejž musí společnosti zabývající se skladováním a distribucí farmaceutických léčiv splňovat a respektovat. V dalším oddílu praktické části je uvedena analýza skladování a distribuce a jejich procesů. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení jednotlivých procesů. Cílem práce je popsání a následná analýza současného stavu skladování a distribuce a nakonec tvorba doporučení pro společnost za účelem zefektivnění chodu celé společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the analysis and subsequent proposal to improve the storage and distribution of CEDES Logistik s. r. o. In the introduction of the theoretical part the logistics and their objectives are described. All processes contained in the logistics chain are outlined below – types of individual logistics chains, purchase, inventory, storage, transportation and distribution, customer services and outsourcing. At the beginning of the practical part CEDES Logistik s. r. o. and its main business activities and the leading services it offers are rebuilt. The list of legislative obligations that pharmaceutical drug storage and distribution companies must meet, and respect is then presented. The analysis of storage and distribution and their processes is presented in the following section of the practical part. In conclusion, recommendations are proposed to improve the various processes. The aim of the work is to describe the subsequent analysis of the current state of storage and distribution and to make recommendations for the company to streamline processes.
