Ve své práci jsem se pokusil shrnout do jednoho logického celku část trestných činů obsažených v Hlavě II. trestního zákona. Přesněji trestné činy týkající se padělání a pozměňování peněz. Myslím si, že aby tyto činy byly pochopeny, bylo nutné celý problém popsat z více pohledů. In my bachelor’s thesis I tried to sum up a part of the crimes included in Head II of the criminal law, especially forgery and doctoring of money. In my opinion, the understanding of the problem requires many views. The important thing has been the description of money function and its development.
