Controlling as SME management tool in Industry 4.0

Anotace:

Under the environment of industry 4.0, the management controlling of small and medium-sized enterprises is very important. The development trend of China's SMEs in recent years can help me better to understand the meaning of the thesis, find out the existing problems and the status quo of controlling management. At present, many SMEs have loopholes in this aspect, such as traditional management controlling, fear of change under industry 4.0 environment, lack of innovative technology ability, backward factory equipment, etc. Industry 4.0 is a new industrial development mode in the development of new information technology. Many SMEs are facing opportunities and challenges now. The integration development of traditional industry and information technology, such as CPS, cloud computing, big data, intelligent factory, etc. We can make use of new information technology to make the industrial production process more flexible and realize personalized product customization. The innovation of controlling and management mechanism makes SMEs become users of a new generation of intelligent production technology and creators of innovative technology. SMEs takes controlling as the active management mode of enterprises, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of enterprises. Improve the loopholes existing in the internal and external environment of enterprises, so as to ensure the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises in the market competition under the environment of industry 4.0.
