Analysis of unemployment in district of Kladno

Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce je Analýza nezaměstnanosti v okrese Kladno. Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku nezaměstnanosti v daném okrese, vyhodnocení příčin a vymezení podmínek vedoucích ke snížení nezaměstnanosti. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na podrobnou charakteristiku okresu. Je zde popsána geografická poloha, demografická situace, silné a slabé stránky okresu, dopravní obslužnost. Druhá kapitola se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti v okrese Kladno. Úvodní teoretická část kapitoly je věnována vymezení pojmů a definic, které souvisí s trhem práce a nezaměstnanost. Jsou zde uvedeny druhy, formy nezaměstnanosti a její měření. V praktické části je zpracována situace na trhu práce v kladenském okrese, ve Středočeském kraji a ČR. Třetí kapitola se věnuje analýze uchazečů o zaměstnání v daném okrese v období od roku 2006 do roku 2012. Další kapitola se věnuje politice zaměstnanosti na úrovni okresu, kraje a ČR. V teoretické části jsou definovány rizikové skupiny osob na trhu práce, podmínky pro vyplácení příspěvku v nezaměstnanosti a nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Podrobně je rozpracována především realizovaná aktivní politika zaměstnanosti. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnocena zjištěná data, doporučení a formulován závěr vyplývající z výše uvedeného.

Abstract:

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is called ?The analysis of unemployment in Kladno district?. My aim is to analyze the issue of unemployment in the district, to evaluate reasons and to determine conditions for unemployment reduction. The first chapter focuses on a detailed description of the district including its location, demographic situation, strong and weak points of the district and transport accessibility. The second chapter deals with the issue of unemployment in Kladno district. The introductory theoretical part of the chapter concerns the determination of the terms and definitions related to the labour market and unemployment. I mention some sorts and forms of unemployment and its measurement. In the practical part I depict the situation on labour market in Kladno district, Central Bohemia Region and the Czech Republic. The third chapter deals with the analysis of job applicants in the district from 2006 to 2012. Next chapter deals with the policy of unemployment at the level of the district, region and the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part I define risk groups of people on labour market, conditions for getting unemployment benefit and instruments of active employment policy. Furthermore, active employment policy is also elaborated in details. The end of my work evaluates the discovered data, makes recommendations and forms conclusions coming from all mentioned above.
