Práce se zabývá SWOT analýzou firmy, respektive její divizí a odhaluje silné a slabé stránky divize a potenciální příležitosti a hrozby. Na základě slabých stránek jsou zvoleny dva subsystémy, které jsou velmi důležité pro ziskovost celé divize.
