The Climate in The Class Room and Efficiency Motivation of Students in an Environment Of The Group Integration

Abstract:

Tématem práce je vliv klimatu školní třídy na výkonovou motivaci u běžných a praktických tříd prvního stupně základní školy. Teoretická část práce podává základní východiska pro empirickou část práce, zaměřuje se především na vysvětlení základních pojmů jako je klima školní třídy a vlivy, které jej ovlivňují, dále na pojem výkonová motivace a její utváření. Charakterizováno je také období mladšího školního věku a prostor je též věnován skupinové integraci. Empirická část práce vychází z výzkumu, který je proveden na základě dotazníků klimatu školní třídy a výkonové motivace u 60ti žáků běžných tříd a 30ti žáků praktických tříd na jedné konkrétní škole. Na základě výsledků těchto dotazníků práce nedokazuje výraznější existenci rozdílů mezi klimatem školní třídy zkoumaných běžných a praktických tříd a následně vyvrací vliv klimatu školní třídy na výkonovou motivaci u zkoumaných tříd.

Abstract:

The theme of thesis is the influence of class climate on achievement motivation among usual and practical classes in primary school. The theoretical part provides the fundamental basis for the empirical part, mainly focuses on explaining basic concepts such as class climate and influences affecting it, as well as to the concept of achievement motivation and its creation. At this part of thesis is also characterized the children at the age of primary school and a few words is dedicated to the group integration issues. The empirical part of thesis is based on research that is done on the basis questionnaires for classroom climate and achievement motivation of 60 pupils of usual classes and 30 pupils of practical classes in one concrete school. Based on the results of these questionnaires, thesis doesn´t demonstrate noticeable difference between the climate in the classroom surveyed usual and practical classes and subsequently disproves influence of the climate in the classroom on achievement motivation among surveyed classes.
