Parents' Requirements for Informal Education and Support in the Area of Developing Parental Competences in the Vsetin Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat požadavky rodičů na neformální vzdělávání a podporu v oblasti rozvoje rodičovských kompetencí na Vsetínsku. V teoretické části se budeme zabývat rodinou a rodiči a jejich motivací založit rodinu. Také se seznámíme se základními legislativními dokumenty, které se týkají dětí a s právy a povinnostmi rodičů ve vztahu k jejich potomkům. Dále si popíšeme rodičovské kompetence a v neposlední řadě se budeme věnovat neformálnímu vzdělávání a možnostem, které rodiče mohou využít při rozvoji svých kompetencí v rámci výchovy a vztahu s dítětem. V praktické části bakalářské práce si zanalyzujeme výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumalo, jak rodiče vnímají své rodičovské kompetence a jaký způsob jejich rozvoje je pro ně vyhovující.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis aims to describe parents requirements for informal education and support in the area of developing parental competences in the Vsetín region. In the theoretical part, we will deal with the family and parents and their motivation to start a family. We will also familiarize ourselves with the basic legislative documents that concern children and with the rights and obligations of parents in relation to their offspring. Next, we will describe parental competences and we will focus on informal education and the possibilities that parents can use to develop their competences in the context of education and the relationship with the child. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, we analyze the results of a questionnaire survey that examined how parents perceive their parental competences and what method of their development is satisfactory for them.
