Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma Návrh propagačního mixu pro restaurace je vytvořit návrhy a doporučení k propagaci vybraného podniku „Bier Stadt“, a to vše za pomoci provedených výzkumů. První část práce pojednává o teoretických aspektech propagace a propagačního mixu, vysvětluje pojmy a popisuje propagační nástroje na základě literatury. Následující část práce, analytická část, charakterizuje podnik, analyzuje jeho konkurenční prostředí, klientelu, nabídku, stávající propagační mix, porovnává ho s propagačními mixy konkurentů. Pro splnění úkolu v této části byly použity kvalitativní výzkumné techniky Mystery shopping a individuální rozhovor a také kvantitativní výzkumné techniky dotazování a pozorování. Závěrečnou částí práce je část návrhová. Tato část obsahuje krátké návrhy a doporučení k propagačnímu mixu společnosti „Bier Stadt“, které byly sestaveny na základě dosažených znalostí, informací, slabších stránek a mezer v propagaci podniku, zjištěných během zpracování předchozí části práce.

Thesis Advisor: Mgr. Liubov Ryashko PhD. The primary target of my bachelor thesis the Proposal of a promotional mix for restaurant is to create plan and suggestion for advertising of the chosen restaurants «Bier Stadt». My plan is based on the researches that I made. The first part of my bachelor thesis talks about theoretical aspects of a promotion and promotional mix, explaines the definitions and describes the promotional tools based on the literature. The next part is an analytical, characterizes the restaurants, analyzes it's competitive environment, customers, supply, present promotional mix and compares these aspects with competitor's promotional mix. To reach the main aim I used the qualitative researching methods: mystery shopping, and interviewing. Thus I used quantitative researching methods: questioning and watching. The final part is a proposal. This part includes the short advices and suggestions to promotion mix of the restaurants «Bier Stadt», which are based on the achieved knowledges, information, weaknesses and gaps in advertising THAT I discovered in previous part of bachelor thesis.
