Tato diplomová práce se zabývá krizovou připraveností vysoce spolehlivé organizace. Současně se diplomová práce zabývá reakcí organizace na mimořádnou událost výskytu tornáda v České republice v roce 2021. Literární rešerše analyzuje současnou literaturu k tématu a poznatky z podobných přírodních katastrof. This thesis deals with the crisis preparedness of a highly reliable organization. At the same time, the thesis examines the organization's response to the emergency event of a tornado occurrence in the Czech Republic in 2021.
