Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na platnou právní úpravu vazby v České republice. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. V kapitole první je prezentováno téma práce. Dále, v kapitole druhé je podán historický přehled vývoje vazby na našem území. Třetí kapitola je věnována vymezení pojmu a účelu vazby v trestním řízení. The diploma work is concerning to the current legal regulation of the custody in the Czech republic. The diploma work is devided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the subject of the diploma work. Next a historical custody development in our country is presented.
