Abstract:
Přibližně jedna třetina vyprodukovaných potravin určených k lidské spotřebě se vyplýtvá. Z toho zhruba polovina potravinového odpadu vzniká ve spotřebitelských domácnostech. Abstract:
Approximately one third of the food produced for human consumption is wasted. Of this, about half of food waste is generated in consumer households. This thesis is concerned with measuring the amount of food waste in Generation Z. The diary survey method was used to identify the causes of food waste.
