Application methods plyometric training process to adult footballers

Abstract:

V této práci jsme se zaměřili na stručnou charakteristiku fotbalu od historie až po současnost. Uvádíme také české úspěchy v tomto kolektivním sportu a jeho počátky na našem území. Dále jsme se věnovali sportovnímu tréninku, který je rozdělen na jeho jednotlivé složky a ty jsou stručně charakterizovány. Zaměřili jsme se také na sportovní výkon a výkonnost, jelikož v práci testujeme motorické výkony hráčů fotbalu. Většina použité literatury pro tyto kapitoly je z knížek pana Votíka, protože tyto témata ve svých dílech velice jasně popisuje. Velkou pozornost věnujeme pohybovým schopnostem, které rozdělujeme a popisujeme v dílčích kapitolách. Samostatnou kapitolou je kapitola 6 (Plyometrie), protože patří mezi stěžejní teoretické prvky v naší práci. Dále jsou uvedeny cíle práce, které jsme si stanovili, společně s úkoly, hypotézami a výzkumnou otázkou. Ve výzkumné části představujeme zkoumané výběry, způsoby jakými je otestujeme a jakými zpracujeme získaná data. Uvádíme i tréninkový program s aplikací plyometrických cviků pro fotbalisty vybraného souboru. Testování a porovnávání naměřených výsledků pomocí tabulek a grafů, kde možno přehledně vidět kdo dosáhl jakých hodnot ve vstupním a výstupním testování. Následuje vyhodnocení získaných hodnot z obou testování u obou souborů a analýza výsledků, kde zjišťujeme, jestli měla aplikace plyometrických cvičení vliv na pohybové schopnosti u vybraného souboru.

Abstract:

In this thesis we focus on brief definition of football, since the long history till the present time. We also present the achievements of our country in this collective sport and its origins in our history. Furthermore we aim at sport performance and effectiveness, due to our motorial performance test of selected footballers. Most of the used literature comes from the books of Mr. Votík as he defines these topics very clearly in his work. We give lots of attention to the movement abilities which we divide and describe in the subchapters. The chapter 6, Plyometry, is a single part due to its belonging into the fundamental elements of our thesis. Furthermore we present our appointed goals, as well as the tasks, hypotheses and explorational questions. In the research part we present our surveyed segments, the form of testing and data collecting. We also outline a training program with the plyometric exercises application for selected group of footballers. It contains as well the testing and result comparing using charts and graphs, where it is possible to see the values that have been achieved by the players in primal and final testing. Finally we demonstrate the evaluation of collected results of both testing processes undergone by both groups, the analysis, in which we ascertain the effect of plyometric exercises on movement abilities of the selected sectors.
