Abstract:
V mojí práci se zabývám otázkou mezd a platů. Stručně je charakterizuji a určuji základní rozdíly mezi nimi. V dalším části mé práce se věnuji otázce zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Zjišťuji spokojenost zaměstnanců s poskytovanými benefity.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I dealing with questions of wages and salaries. Briefly, I characterizes and defines the fundamental differences. In the next part I do a survey of employee benefits. Measure the satisfaction of employees with the benefits provided.
