Modern Logistics' Unmanned Air Vehicles and Cyberspace of their Cybersecurity

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou bezpilotní prostředky logistiky a jejich využití pro práci strážníka městské policie jako organizační složky města. V práci se zabývám směřo-váním možného vývoje Městské policie Vsetín, z výchozího stavu na úroveň, která by službu občanům a městu zjednodušila, a to pořízením, zařazením do výkonu služby a vyu-žíváním bezpilotních letadel, obecně nazývaných drony. Cílem je objasnit, co to drony jsou, dále pak jejich dělení podle různých kritérií, je popsána platná legislativa a možnosti použití bezpilotních prostředků obecně, a v praktické části i konkrétně pro město Vsetín. Zejména se zaměřuji na to, jak lze drony využít v každodenní praxi strážníka městské policie.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis are the unmanned logistics means and their use for the work of a municipal police officer as an organizational component of municipalities. The thesis addresses the possible development of the Municipal Police of Vsetín, starting from the initial point to a level that would simplify the service to the citizens and the city, by purchasing, inclusion into service and using of pilotless aircraft, generally called drones. The aim is to clarify what the drones are, and how to divide them according to various cri-teria, map the valid legislation and the possibilities of using pilotless means of transport in general, in the practical part also specifically for the city of Vsetín. In particular, I focus on how the drones can be used in the day-to-day practice of a municipal police officer.
