Healthy Theatre

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zdravé tvorby a spolupráce v divadelním prostředí, přičemž klade otázky, proč bychom se měli zdravím u divadla zabývat a zda divadelní práce může být zdravá.Postupně rozebírá vrstvy divadelní tvorby a spolupráce, a zkoumá aspekty a přesvědčení, které ovlivňují její kvalitu. Východiskem jsou při tom autorovy zkušenosti a pocity z dosavadní tvorby.Z práce vyplývá, že zdravá tvorba může pro každého znamenat něco jiného. Proto je důležité naslouchat potřebám a emocím všech v rámci tvůrčí skupiny, a pokoušet se přehodnocovat cíle a přesvědčení, které mohou stát v cestě ke zdravé tvorbe.Celou prací tak prochází otázka, jaký má naše práce vliv na naše nejbližší okolí spolutvůrců a spolutvůrkyň, co s ní manifestujeme a co skutečně můžeme svou prací ovlivnit.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis addresses the topic of healthy creation process and collaboration in a theatrical environment, while raising questions about why we should focus on health in theater and whether theatrical work can be healthy.It gradually examines the layers of theatrical creation and collaboration and explores aspects and beliefs that influence their quality. The starting point is the author's experience and feelings from previous work.The thesis suggests that healthy creation can mean something different for everyone. Therefore, it is important to listen to the needs and emotions of all members of the creative group, and try to re-evaluate goals and beliefs that may hinder the path to healthy creation.The whole work thus arises the question of what effect our work has on our immediate closest surroundings of co-creators, what we manifest through it and what we can really influence with our work.
