Tato diplomová práce „Hodnocení metod výběrového řízení” je zaměřena na průběh výběrového procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je popis a analýza současného stavu výběrového řízení ve vybrané společnosti, zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek a vypracování návrhu pro případné zlepšení. This thesis "Evaluation of selection methods" is focused on the selection process in the selected company. The aim of the work is to describe and analyze the current state of the tender in the selected company, to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses and to develop a proposal for possible improvement.
