Methods and techniques of drama education as an educational tool for the development of financial literacy

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je kvalitativním přístupem prozkoumat vliv a působení dramatické výchovy na adolescenty v podobě shlédnutí reálného představení na téma finanční gramotnosti. Tato práce řeší do jaké míry je adolescenty chápána, vnímána metoda učení finanční gramotnosti za pomocí dramatické výchovy, jejich technik a metod a do jaké míry tím mohou získat potřebné informace pro život v reálném světě financí, zároveň, zda si lépe uvědomí dopady špatného zacházení a hospodaření s penězi. V teoretické části této práce představuji dramatickou výchovou, její funkce, metody a techniky, dále se v této části zabývám specifiky finanční gramotnosti a finanční vyzrálosti adolescentů. Data, která byla podrobena analýze otevřeného kódování před představením a po jeho skončení byla získána pomocí hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů vedených pomocí otevřených otázek. V empirické části jsem se vyjma výzkumu zaobíral analýzou současného stavu finanční gramotnosti mých respondentů. Provedeným výzkumem jsem zjistil, že adolescenti nejvíce informací získávají od svých rodičů a z internetových stránek, v otázce co je to dramatická výchova a čím se tento obor estetické výchovy zabývá, z nich nedokázal nikdo odpovědět zcela přesně. Přínosem této práce je důkaz, že lze divadlem pomáhat, pomocí divadla a otevírání sobě samému si člověk uvědomuje kým je a jak by se v určité situaci zachoval.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is, by qualitative approach to explore the impact and influence of drama in Education on adolescents by watching the real theatre performances on the topic of financial literacy. This work solve to what extent adolescents understand and perceive metod of teaching financial literacy by using of drama in education their techniques and methods and to what extent they can obtain the necessary information for life in the real world of finances and also if they can more realise consequences bad money management. The theoretical part of this work presents the drama in Education, its functions, methods and techniques further in this section I deal with the specifics of financial literacy and financial maturity of adolescents. Data that has been subjected to analysis of open coding before the performance and after its completion was obtained through in-depth interviews conducted by using open questions. In the empirical part ,,except of research,, I engage by analysis of the current state of financial literacy of my respondents and I found that the most of information gets from their parents and from the website, the answer on question what drama in Education is and what this subject of aesthetic Education is engaged in none of them could answer precisely. The contribution of this work is the proof that theatre can help, by theatre and by access to oneself human realizes who is and what he would preserved in a certain situation.
