Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část empirickou. Teoretická část charakterizuje inkontinenční dermatitidu, její důsledky, epidemiologii, rizikové faktory, klinický obraz, plenkovou dermatitidu u dětí, prevenci, léčbu, SSKIN strategii a hodnotící techniky. Empirická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumném šetření pomocí originálního dotazníku vlastní konstrukce a je zaměřená na mapování úrovně znalostí respondentů o diferenciální diagnostice a prevenci IAD a dekubitálních lézí a na zjišťování zvyklostí respondentů v péči o pacienty s IAD

This thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part characterizes Diagnosis of Incontinence Associated Dermatitis, its consequences, epidemiology, risk factors, clinical picture, diaper dermatitis at children, prevention, treatment, SSKIN strategy and evaluation techniques. The empirical part is based on quantitative survey using the original self – designed questionnaire and it is focus on the survey of the level of respondent's knowledge of differential diagnosis and prevention of IAD and pressure ulcers and on determining the respondent's habits in the care of patients with IAD.
