Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výše ceny nájemného kancelářských prostor v Praze a definuje vlivy, které na ni působí. Popisuje a analyzuje současnou situaci na trhu, věnuje se vývoji cen dle jednotlivých období a aktuálním trendům na trhu.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the level of the rent of office space in Prague and defines the factors that act on it. It describes and analyzes the current situation on the market, dedicated to the development of prices according to different time and current market trends.
