Abstract:

Moje diplomová práce se zabývá aplikace metod strategického řízení podniku do územní samosprávy Středokluky. Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje strategické řízení podniku. Základními okruhy diplomové práce jsou základní pojmy strategického řízení podniku, manažerské plánování a tvorba strategického řízení podniku. V aplikační části diplomové práce se zabývám zhodnocením územní samosprávy ve Středoklukách z pohledu strategického řízení podniku. Zhodnocením současného stavu územní samosprávy navazuje analýza zdrojů financování územní samosprávy a ukazatele rentability. Cílem diplomové práce je transformace územní samosprávy na strategické řízení podniku za účelem vytvoření dlouhodobé strategie územní samosprávy.

Abstract:

My thesis deals with the application the methods of the strategic management in local government Středokluky. The theoretical part deals with the strategic management. The basic thesis are concepts of the strategic management, management planning and creation of the strategic management. The practical part deals with the evalution of local government in Středokluky from the perspective of the strategic management. The evalution of the current state of local government, the analysis local source financing of goverment and profitability ratios. The aim is transform local government on the strategic management and creation long-term strategy of local government.
