Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou kriminogenních a psychologických faktorů ná-silné kriminality. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy, právní rámec, násilnou krimina-litu, metodiku vyšetřování a viktimologii. Abstract:
This master thesis deals with analysis of criminogenic and psychological factors of violent crime. The theoretical part describes basic concepts, legal framework, violent crime, in-vestigation metodology and victimology.
