Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením pohledávek z obchodního styku a riziky, která jsou s pohledávkami spojena. Podává ucelený přehled o pohledávkách, jejich vzniku, o možnostech, jak předcházet a snižovat negativní dopady rizika nezaplacení pohledávek, jak přistupovat k vymáhání pohledávek po splatnosti. Abstract:
This thesis deals with trade receivables and the risks related to the receivables. It presents a complete overview of the receivables, their creation, a possibilities to prevent and reduce the negative impact of the non-payment receivables, how to claim the overdue receivables.
