Treating of decubiti in intensive care.

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ošetřování dekubitů v intenzivní péči a je složena ze dvou částí ? teoretické a empirické. Část teoretická je rozdělena na čtyři velké kapitoly. První velká kapitola se nazývá ?Definice dekubitů?, v níž se zabývám mechanizmem vzniku dekubitů, faktory, které vznik dekubitů ovlivňují, predilekčními místy, hodnocením rizik vzniku dekubitů a infekcí. V druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na prevenci a to především na polohování, výživu a hygienu. Třetí kapitola se zabývá imobilizačním syndromem a jeho následky u imobilních pacientů. A v poslední kapitole píši o ošetřování a léčbě dekubitů. Zde jsem se hlavně zaměřil na ošetření provedené sestrou. V části empirické mám stanoven jeden hlavní a tři dílčí cíle. Průzkum je proveden formou srovnávání za pomocí dvou kazuistik, vypracovaných na dva konkrétní pacienty hospitalizované na jednotce dlouhodobé intenzivní péče. U těchto pacientů s dekubity vzniklými v sakrální oblasti, jsem srovnával účinnost dvou rozdílných materiálů při jejich ošetřování, správný postup při polohování a správný postup a aseptický přístup při převazech. Všechny výsledky jsem uvedl v diskuzi. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnotit postup ošetřovatelské péče provedené sestrou u konkrétních pacientů s dekubity, hospitalizovaných na oddělení intenzivní péče.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the treatment of pressure ulcers in intensive care and consists of two parts - the theoretical and the empirical. The theoretical part is divided into four large chapters. The first major chapter is called ?Definition of Pressure Sores?, which deals with the mechanism of formation, the factors of developing pressure ulcers influencing predilection sites, assessing the risks of pressure sores, and infections. In the second chapter I focus on prevention, especially for positioning, nutrition, and hygiene. The third chapter deals with the imobilization syndrome and its consequences in immobile patients. And in the last chapter I write about the care and treatment of pressure sores. Here I mainly focused on the treatment carried out by medical nurses. In the empirical part, I set one main and three sub-goals. The survey is conducted by comparing two case studies that describe two particular patients hospitalized in the prolonged intensive care unit. In these patients, who suffer from pressure sores in the sacral area, I compared the effectiveness of two different materials in their treatment, the correct positioning and proper procedure, and aseptic access to medical dressings. All of the results are detailed in the discussion. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the process of nursing care peformed by medical nurses in particular patients with pressure sores who are hospitalized in intensive care.
