Abstract:

Má diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním a systémem financování vysokých škol v České republice a způsoby získávání finančních zdrojů pro toto školství a jejich charakteristikou. V diplomové práci jsou popsány zdroje financování, které lze rozdělit na české, tedy interní zdroje, a externí tedy zahraniční, především se jedná o finanční zdroje čerpané z fondů Evropské Unie. V práci představuji vzdělávání jako dlouhodobý proces, ve kterém se obohacuje jak individuální příjemce vzdělání, tak i společnost jako celek. Je to investice, která generuje stabilní výnos po celý život a proces, který je matkou progresu a úspěchu ekonomiky země. Cílem diplomové práce je zevrubně analyzovat současný systém financování vysokoškolského vzdělávání v České republice a navrhnout změny, které dle mého názoru povedou ke zlepšení a k zefektivnění českého vysokého školství zefektivnění z hlediska požadavků pracovního trhu, čili podnikové sféry za účelem zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the education system and funding of universities in the Czech Republic and ways of obtaining financial resources for the education and their characteristics. In this thesis I describe the sources of funding that can be categorized as the Czech, internal resources and external foreign especially I mean the financial resources which are being obtained from the funds of the European Union. In this thesis is presented education as a long-term process in which enriches the individual as beneficiary education, and society as a whole. So it is an investment that generates a steady income over a lifetime process, which is the mother of progress and success of the country's economy. The aim of this thesis is to thoroughly analyze the current system of financing higher education in the Czech Republic and to propose changes that, in my opinion, in order to improve the Czech higher education from the point of view of requirement of working market, which means company sphere to increase competitive ability.
