OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IN HOME SENIOR(orientation for Parkinson)

Abstract:

V mé práci se věnuji Parkinsonově onemocnění, které nelze vyléčit.Ale jeho příznaky se dají ovlivnit.Využívám zde prvky ergoterapie, které usnadňují klientovi život i s tímto velice závažným onemocněním. Práce je členěná na několik částí a to je teoretická(obecná, speciální) a hlavní části.V obecné teoretické části práce se věnuji především klinickému obrazu,diagnostice, etiologii,průběhu onemocnění a také jeho léčbě.Ve speciální části už je zaměření na rehabilitaci a to hlavně na ergoterapii a jejím uplatnění v tomto onemocnění.A v hlavní části se věnuji Parkinsonovu onemocnění, které postihlo klientku.Provádím vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a určuji krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán.Ukončená práce je prognózou a nakonec závěrem.

Abstract:

In my work i focus Parkinson´s disease, which can not be cured.But its syptoms can be influenced.We use elements of occupational therapy, that facilitate the client's life with this with this very serious disease.The work is divided into several parts and it is the theoretical (general and special) and the main part.In general, the theoretical part is devoted primarily clinical picture, diagnosis, etiology, course of the disease and its treatment.In the special part it's focus on rehabilitation, mainly on occupational therapy and its application in this disease.A major part deals with Parkinson's disease, which affected client.Performing input and output testing and identifying short-and long-term occupational therapy plan.Completed work is forecast and the ending.
