A Late Maternity from the Point of View of Social Pedagogy Student

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na pozdní mateřství z pohledu studentů sociální pedagogiky. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly o rodině, o jejím vývoji a změnách, druhá kapitola se týká mateřství a rodičovství, rozdílů mezi mladší matkou a matkou ve vyšším věku. Třetí kapitola se zabývá riziky pozdního těhotenství a důvody, proč je mateřství neustále odkládáno. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění názorů studentů sociální pedagogiky na pozdní mateřství. Výzkum je realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is focused on a late maternity from the perspective of a social peda-gogy student. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theo-retical part contains chapter about a family, its evolution and changes, about differences between the young mother and late mother. Third chapter is focused on risks in late moth-erhood, problems which can appear during the pregnancy when a woman is more than 35 years old. The reasons, why motherhood is constantly postponed and what partners and especially mothers lead to having a baby later, will be discussed. We analysed their atti-tudes and view of late maternity through a questionnaire.
