Business plan development project in Omice
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský záměr developerské výstavby domů v katastrálním území Omice, a to v kontextu teoretických východisek, které se k dané problematice váží. Pro dosažení odpovídajícího cíle je v práci provedena analýza trhu a faktorů dopadajících na developerskou výstavbu, pomocí kterých je záměr posouzen.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the business plan of the development of houses in the cadastral area of Omice, in the context of the theoretical background that is related to the issue. In order to achieve the corresponding objective, the thesis analyses the market and the factors affecting the development construction, by means of which the project is assessed.
