Abstract:

Diplomová práce Spolupráce EU a R v oblasti vzdlávání pro informaní spolenost pojednává o programech iniciovaných vládou R, ve spolupráci s EU, na podporu vzdlávání oban pro informaní spolenost. Vzdlávání pro informaní spolenost je v práci chápáno jako podpora zalenní široké veejnosti do informaní spolenosti pomocí program realizovaných vládou na zvýšení poítaové gramotnosti obyvatel a pístupu veejnosti k informaním technologiím. Hlavním úelem tchto program je zabránit rozdlení spolenosti na informan bohaté a chudé, což by znamenalo vážný sociální problém. Budeme se zabývat dostupností veejného internetu z hlediska bžného obana, informaní vzdlaností v rámci zvyšování poítaové gramotnosti široké veejnosti mimo formální vzdlávání, a možností jejího využití prostednictvím moderních informaních služeb on-line z oblasti veejné správy a elektronického zdravotnictví. Tyto údaje budou doplnny statistickým zhodnocením poítaové gramotnosti v rámci R a mezinárodním srovnáním budování informaní spolenosti u nás a ostatních zemích EU.

Abstract:

The thesis EU CR cooperation on education for the information society deals with the programmes developed in EU CR cooperation with the purpose to improve an education of the citizens for the information society. The education for the information society is meant to support an integration of all citizens to the information society with the help of specific actions made by Czech government to improve digital literacy of the citizens and public access to the internet. The main purpose of these actions is to avoid a widening of the digital divide and further social exclusion. The main focus is on the internet access as well as on information literacy in order to improve the digital literacy of the public, so that people will be able to use the full potential offered by the information society, such as e-government services and e-health services. The thesis is supplemented with statistics of CR and EU Member States on benchmarking of the development of the information society.
